Registration Policies

Discounts and Savings:   Significant discounts are available for early registration and for companies with multiple attendees. Click on a specific event to learn more.

Registration and Payment:   Event registration is payable by credit card or check through our Event Calendar. Registration is due prior to the start of the workshop. In the event that an event is sold out, “Sold Out” will be posted on the Event Calendar and you will be unable to register. In the event that registered attendees do not show up for a sold out event, additional attendees may register on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis. On-site sign-in and registration begins 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Continuing Education:   Earn AIA/CES Sustainable Design HSW Continuing Education (CE), Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) and GBCI CE are available for most events and trainings. Additional types of CE are offered for contractors, designers, real estate professionals, and other depending on the training content. We also provide a “Certificate of Completion” for all trainings, which can be submitted to professional associations for CE credit. Click on a specific event to learn more.

GBCI LEED Credential Maintenance: The Green Roundtable / NEXUS is an USGBC Education Provider committed to enhancing the ongoing professional development of the building industry and LEED Professionals through high quality continuing education programs. As a USGBC Education Provider, The Green Roundtable / NEXUS has agreed to abide by USGBC-established operational and educational criteria, and is subject to annual reviews and audits for quality assurance. We offer Net Zero Energy, LEED Implementation, Sustainable Practice, Product & Material, and other events to help you maintain your LEED Green Associate or LEED AP Credential. Many of the trainings qualify for LEED-specific GBCI CE. Trainings that qualify for GBCI CE say "(LEED CMP)" in the title. Learn more.

Directions and Parking Discounts:   Our facility is conveniently located in Downtown Boston and is easily accessible by multiple Public Transportation lines. There are also parking garages within walking distance. We offer special discount parking for event attendees. Learn more.

Event Cancellation:   Should we have to cancel or postpone an event, we will notify you immediately and post an announcement to the Event Calendar. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund with XX business days. If an event is postponed we will notify you of the new date and transfer your registration. You have the option of a refund or transferred registration.

Refund Policy:   Event fees are not refundable but substituting for a different attendee or transfering to a different date is allowed with at least one week's notice. Email the Event Department with your name, the date and name of the event, and the name, phone number, and email address of the person you are transferring the registration to.
