Creating a "green" kitchen goes beyond choosing eco-friendly options for countertops, cabinets and flooring. While material choices are important, building a green kitchen also requires careful attention to energy & water consumption along with all of the other resource streams that go along with food preparation and kitchen maintenance.

The Nexus Exhibitor Showcase: What's Cooking in Green? on May 27, 2009 helped kick off the launch of our very first integrated exhibit. The event was a great success and we had 25 companies exhibit, many of which were new exhibitors, and more than 170 attendees and 30 company reps.
