A. Jandris & Sons Becomes Most Recent Member of the Green Product Association!

Our March spotlight features A. Jandris & Sons, a founding member of the Green Product Association, an inclusive organization representing all products across the building life cycle. A. Jandris & Sons, a family-owned business manufacturing CMU products since 1920, is committed to sustainability in all aspects of production and operations.

A. Jandris & Sons has launched its Sustainablock Series, which replaces cement and aggregate with recycled content. The company has taken several steps at our manufacturing facility to reduce oil, water, and energy consumption.  Most of their production waste is recycled into local industries. By becoming founding members of the Green Product Association, they are working to generate a network between manufacturers to open recycling channels between industries, increasing the feasibility and availability of recycled content.
