Resource Library

Resource LibraryOne of the featured resources at NEXUS is the Resource Library. From inspiring environmental literature to pragmatic how-to guides, the Resource Library provides a large variety of educational material on everything and anything having to do with sustainable design, green building, and other contemporary environmental issues. Read about how sustainable skyscrapers are changing our urban landscape or learn how to build your own green dollhouse. The books and other printed materials in the library are available to homeowners and building professionals looking to green their projects and everyday spaces, or just learn about the fundamentals of green building!

We are currently in the process of expanding the library to include a diverse collection of architectural, technical, and general reference materials on green building topics. The library is organized by category, and then by the author’s last name within each category. Categories include: Architecture, Building Science, Case Studies, Energy, Engineering, Environmental Issues, Environmental Justice, Green Building 101, Green Living, Health, Homes, Indoor Environmental Quality, Materials, Operations and Maintenance, Policy, Site Planning and Land Use, and Water. For a full list of the books in our library, download our inventory list.

The NEXUS Resource Library is in-house only. We do not lend out books or sell printed material, but you are welcome to browse the materials during our open hours.

If you would like to submit publications or materials (educational only please) to the NEXUS Resource Library, please email nexus@greenroundtable.org or call Annie Cardinaux at 617-374-3740 x100.
