Licensing NEXUS

NEXUS Boston was the Nation’s first full-immersion Green Resource Center, offering 10,000 SF of trade show, exhibition, education, event and resource space to construction and design professionals, laypeople, policy makers and professional associations. NEXUS has been so successful that word has spread and cities around the country and around the world have asked us to replicate the NEXUS model as a lever for education, policy change and market transformation.

In response, we are offering NEXUS licenses to non-profit and for-profit organizations, local governments, USGBC chapters, universities and others.  Licensees can draw on NEXUS’ content, infrastructure, systems and brand recognition in order to get up and running quickly with a proven model.

A NEXUS license provides:
  • Reduced cost and time to develop powerful resource center
  • Proven and tested programs and resources, $2m R&D
  • Tie into existing knowledge management, infrastructure, including tracking and measurement (good for foundations and exhibitors)
  • Potential for exhibit/sponsor profit-sharing
  • Nationally recognized branding
The core of NEXUS resources includes exhibit space for educational and promotional trade show displays, computer access, samples library, reference library, community lounge and training space.  These elements can be combined and configured in different ways depending on the available space and local needs.  The local entity provides staffing and operations.
